If you love crunchy, crispy granola then this is for you! I adapted a recipe for cookies that had quickly become a household favorite. This makes a super-crispy cereal, with no added fat, and I've cut the sugar to less than 1/3 of most granola, just enough to taste great – and with the egg whites, it actually has added protein! Win-win-win! This is definitely one of my go-to breakfasts with some homemade yogurt and raw honey drizzled on top (right behind my all-time favorite of a fried duck egg, of course!) Ingredients are simply: Pecans & walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, oats, dried cranberries & dried apple, sugar, egg whites, sea salt.

If you love crunchy, crispy granola then this is for you! I adapted a recipe for cookies that had quickly become a household favorite. This makes a super-crispy cereal, with no added fat, and I've cut the sugar to at least half that of a standard recipe, just enough to taste great – and with the egg whites, it actually has added protein! Win-win-win! This is one of my go-to breakfasts with some homemade yogurt and raw honey drizzled on top. Ingredients are simply: almonds & walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, oats, dried mango and pineapple dices, sugar, egg whites, sea salt.

A sweet-yet-savory jam, made with our farm grown garlic and rosemary. This jam is fantastic for cheese and crackers, over cream cheese like with pepper jelly for dipping, on a grilled cheese, or just on bread or biscuits, as well as with meats, both dark and light. I always use low-sugar pectin for my jams and jellies, so this has about 2/3 the sugar of a regular jam. Ingredients: cane sugar, SF garlic, Apple cider vinegar, White wine, low-sugar fruit pectin and SF fresh rosemary.

A sweet-yet-savory jam, made with our farm-grown garlic, slow-roasted to caramelized goodness, with balsamic vinegar and red wine. This jam is fantastic on steaks and other dark meats, amazing as a pizza sauce with bacon, for with cheese and crackers, over cream cheese like with pepper jelly for dipping, or on a grilled cheese or sandwich. I always use low-sugar pectin for my jams and jellies, so this has about 2/3 the sugar of a regular jam. Harvested from wild plum trees on our farm, this jam is delicious and quite tart! We puree and strain the plums to make a jam that is a thick but smooth texture, similar to apple butter, and sweeten it just enough to not pucker you up. The plums contain natural pectin, but we added a little Pomona's Natural Pectin to make sure it is a nice thick-set jam. This pectin activates with calcium rather than sugar, so we can use much less sugar than commercial jams (the acidity of the fruit is the active preservative in this case). We work hard to get all the pits out of the jam, but just a word of caution, there will probably be a piece here and there. We will continue refining our process for both efficiency and effectiveness!
