Lost Cove Farm

The delicious lamb from Lost Cove Farm is the result of thirteen years of continuously raising our flock in Midway. We use no fertilizer, no pesticide, no growth hormone, no antibiotics in the lamb. Our lambs are born right here, as were their mothers. We only have lambing once a year. They drink water from the same well we do. Their diet is mixed grass pasture, hay from our farm in Lost Cove, acorns, vegetables from our garden, apples, and a small amount of grain to keep their ruminations happy ones. Our lambs are quickly and humanely slaughtered,USDA inspected, and were once lauded by an inspector as the finest lamb he had ever seen. All of our meat is dry aged in the time honored way of fine meats,flash frozen, and vacuum packed to stay fresh for up to two years.
