Edgefield Meat Processer mislabeled our meat in 2 ways: their scale was off by .375 pounds, so we have changed the weight slightly by adding on .375. Jess Wilson experienced this same problem with her lamb and the meat processer acknowledged the problem. They also labeled our meat as coming from Cove Creek Farm, when this beef comes from our own farm in Alto. This is bc Matt Sparacio was kind enough to deliver our steers with his, since we don't have a trailer.
