Sequatchie Cove Creamery
Sequatchie Cove Creamery is a newly launched enterprise at Sequatchie Cove Farm. We make raw milk alpine style cheeses from cow’s milk produced at Sequatchie Cove Farm. The cheeses are aged a minimum of 60 days. All our cheeses are mild in flavor and very versatile – great for cooking & melting or pairing with a large variety of fresh fruits, olives, meats, beer and wine.
The cheese will be available in approximately half-pound wedges. The wedges will vary slightly in weight, so final price may vary by $0.50-$1.00 per piece.
