I have been baking for most of my life for my family and friends. My Mother and Grandmother were always cooking, so I had great examples. My mother and I wrote a cookbook several years ago. She always baked and gave to people and I have continued that through the years. We later started taking orders from people. My mother always canned, mostly from family recipes handed down through the generations, but I didn’t pick this up until later. My first love was baking. I started it as a teenager.
I am certified and licensed by the state to process non-acidified foods such as jams,
jellies, and baked goods.
