Happy Hens, Healthy Eggs

We are delighted to offer for sale free-ranging hen eggs, spring greens and summer vegetables.

EGGS: Our hens live a trouble-free life: confined during their laying hours in the morning and then freed to roam, scratch and forage in the woods and pastures of our homelands located on the valleyfloor and eastern slopes of Roarks Cove at the foot of Sewanee Mountain.
Commercial eggs pale in comparison to the yolks of our eggs, which stand tall and golden in appearance and flavor.

GREENS & VEGETABLES: Watch for seasonal greens and vegetables. We don’t use pesticides and rely primarily on compost and our goats and chickens for enriching the soil.
