Sander's Farm

We raise and sell beef cattle ready for processing. These cattle are given NO feed which contains hormones, antibiotics or animal bi-products. The hay they get in winter is grown on our farm. Our herd consist of angus, red angus and Simmental crossed cows. Our bulls are pure bred angus or Simmental. We will sell our calves at anytime after they have reached 500 pounds in weight however, the best weight for slaughter is around 800 pounds. Our price fluctuates with current market prices. We will deliver the animal to a USDA inspected facility or to the location of the buyer’s choice. We will have between ten and twenty animals for sale during the course of a year. Right now, ( 1/30/2007) we have one calf which will be ready in about thirty days and another soon after that.
